You can borrow books in other languages than Danish. We have a permanent collection of books in English, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Spanish and Swedish:

We have books, films, audiobooks and newspapers in many languages and if you can’t find any in your language, ask one of our librarians and we will help you.
You can also use bibliotek.dk. Bibliotek.dk shows materials from all Danish libraries - easy to lend and pickup at your local library.

Your digital library
You can get free acces to e-books, audiobooks, newspapers and digital magazines.
eReolen Global
Here you can borrow free e-books and online audio books in English. There is also books for children and young adults on eReolen Global.
Newspapers in many languages
The library have access to the news database PressReader. You can read approx. 4.000 newspapers and journals in 60 languages from all over the world. You will often find that the news appears in the PressReader before the printed newspaper is available.
In addition, the library subscribes to a few newspapers in some languages. You have to be registered at the Library before you can sign in on PressReader.
Digital magazines
RB Digital Magazines provides access to over 350 English-language e-magazines. The selection of titles ranges from The Economist to National Geographic, Cosmopolitan, Country Living, Inked, and Backpacker.
Learn Danish
The library has several offers for those who wish to learn Danish. We have a wide array of language courses as both books and cd's. We also have novels for adults that are adapted so they are easier to read - ask the librarian to help you find what you need.
