At Helsingør Visitor Service you will find a professional staff ready to help with practical information and inspiration for exciting adventures and activities.

Helsingør Visitor Service is located in the reception at the main entrance of The Culture Yard in the habour of Helsingør. The Visitor Service is close to the old city center, museums and Kronborg Castle and enriched with a stunning view to Sweden on the other side of Oresund.

The Culture Yard is a fantastic cultural center with one of Northern Europe's best libraries, Shipyard and City Museum, a café and stages, where you can enjoy a multitude of concerts, theatrical performances, lectures, and other major events.

    Hornbæk Tourist Information

    In Hornbæk, the Tourist Information is located at Hornbæk Library.

    *Lockers

    • The cultural yard has lockers on the way in the size 47x72 cm. They are free to borrow during opening hours and you can borrow a coin at the reception. There are also smaller lockers.
    • 7-Eleven has lockers, where there is room for a cabin suitcase and a sports bag. They can be used throughout the opening hours at 6 - 10.30 p.m. The price is DKK 65 per locker. 7-Eleven can store 10-15 larger suitcases in their back room for DKK 65 per suitcase during opening hours. Option to withdraw DKK 65 in the store if you do not have Danish currency.
    • The Maritime Museum has 6 larger lockers of 55x90 cm primarily for their guests.
    • Kronborg has free luggage storage for their paying guests in the welcome center. Suitcases larger than cabin bags are stored in their back room. The welcome center is located in the castle grounds and guests can always get help by contacting a tourist guide/castle host.

    Standard dimensions for a cabin suitcase are 55x40x25 cm
