Pay your balance

Pay by credit card or MobilePay on the website

• Click on the 'Log ind' (login) button in the top right corner.
• Fill in the fields 'CPR- eller lånernummer'/ 'Indtast din kode' ('CPR- or borrowernumber' / 'Enter your code')
• Click the ‘Log ind’ (login) button
• Click on the 'Mine sider' button (my pages)
• Click on ‘Mellemværende'  (balance)
• Mark the amount you want to pay
• Check the box ‘Jeg accepterer betalingsbetingelserne’ (I accept the terms of payment)
• Click on ‘Betal valgte’ (Pay selected)
• A payment window will then open at Nets.

After you have paid, you will see a receipt on the screen and you will receive a receipt by email. 

Pay with MobilePay in the library's app 'Biblioteket'

• Select ‘Helsingør Kommunes Biblioteker’ (Helsingør Municipality Libraries) on the home page
• Tap ‘Min side’ (My Page) at the bottom of the page
• Fill in the fields ‘Indtast CPR-/lånerkortnummer’ (Enter CPR- / library card number) and ‘Indtast pinkode’ (Enter PIN code)
• Press ‘Log ind’ (login)
• Fees and compensations are displayed under ‘Mellemværende’ (Balances)
• Press ‘Betal med MobilePay’ (Pay with MobilePay)
• Log in to MobilePay and accept amount

After you have paid, you will see a receipt on the screen and you will receive the receipt by email. 

Problems paying with MobilePay on the website and in the app?

You need to adjust your mobile settings to prepare it to pay online with MobilePay. This means that the first time you pay an institution (eg the library) or a company with MobilePay, you must do the following:

• Open MobilePay
• Press the menu button in the lower right corner
• Select ‘Settings’ in the upper right corner
• Select ‘Use MobilePay for e-commerce’
• Then activate the card with NemID
• Press ‘Finish’ and continue your payment on the website
